Agricola Meat Products - Downpayment
This seasonal roast is an old Italian tradition. The whole pork is deboned, filled with herbs, rolled and wrapped so that in each slice you can tast the loin, the tenderloin, the ham, and the shoulder; all delicately wrapped in the belly. You can purchase a fresh roast (minimum orders 6Lbs) for the holidays. Roasts are available after January 12th for drop off or pick up. The cost is $16/Lbs. All roasts are hand made by us using our GMO-free / pastured pigs. The cooking instructions are very simple. Half/Whole Pig Downpayment
You can now make a downpayment to purchase a half pig. Whole pigs vary between 160 and 220 Lbs. $5/Lbs hanging weight. We can butcher the pork for you based on your family needs. As an example, a typical 1/2 pig would include: 3 ham roasts (4-6 lbs. each), 1 tenderloin (1lb), 6 bone-in chops (2-3 lbs. each), 1 loin roast (3 lbs.), 8 bacon (1lb. each), 1 St. Louis Ribs (2.5-4lbs), 1 Boston Butt roast (5-7lbs.), 2 Guanciale (Italian Bacon) (1lb. each), 4 trotters (for soup), 4 smoked hocks (for soup), 1 ham shank (2lbs.), 12 sausage (1lb. each). Optional: ears, heart, liver, kidneys. We also include a booklet with recipes for each cut!
