We make our own Italian salame
with pastured pork sourced from
our farm. Our traditional recipe
uses just a few key spices and allows
the flavor of the meat to come
through, with flavor notes of our
pastures, rich in wild edibles and
native herbs.
We age our salame for one month
and pack it in hand-tied links,
each unique in size and shape.
Our salame is shelf stable makes
for a showstopping antipasto, a
delightful midday lunch, or a
centerpiece to any charcuterie board.
Handcrafted entirely by us, the Agricola
farmers, at our USDA-inspected facility
in Vermont.
