Farm Fresh Pasta
Our hand made fresh pasta is made following the old Italian traditions. We use eggs from our chickens and King Arthur flour. The dough is kneaded by hand and we use a hand operated little pasta maker from Ale's family to prepare the dough.
Pre-Order Our Ravioli
Our ravioli are filled and cut by hand. You can see that in the somewhat irregular shape of our ravioli. In addition to square ravioli we make round, half moon, and triangular ravioli. We also make cappelletti (little hats), ravioli made to go in broth or soups.
The ravioli are sold by portion: 8 ravioli for 1 portion, $5 per portion. Additional cost for special fillings, see chart.
You can pre-order ravioli by sending an email to Ale. We need at least 2 days prior to the order date to fulfill any order. Payment is due at the time of delivery. We can deliver the ravioli, for orders of $40 or more delivery is free, otherwise we charge a small gas fee - $8 for every 10 miles from our farm.
Here are some ideas for dough and filling, we ask that stick with the same pasta and filling if you order less than 4 portions, you may also request a special filling if not listed. Please note these are our current options, ingredients change throughout the season.
